About Us
The Rockford Pioneer Museum and Historical Society was organized in August of 1983. The purpose of the organization was to “collect and preserve the history of the Rockford Area.”
Our Motto is “ The success of the future is built on foundations of the past.”
Today, the Society has three museum locations. The Rockford Pioneer Museum is located at 10 S. First Street, Rockford, WA. The Military Museum is located at the site of the Edward Leehan Post 165, 140 W. Emma Street. The third museum occupies space adjacent to the Rockford Park on the SE Spokane County Fair Grounds.
